Items will be shipped upon payment within 2 business days. All goods must be paid for in full.
We will endeavor to package items securely and send with tracking whenever possible.
Transit insurance is advisable on all glassware. These extras may attract a small charge so a shipping quote is advisable for any order. Please contact us via email and request. Thank you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

Item received was not what was ordered ( a wrong item was sent in error)
Item received was damaged in transit, in which case a transit claim will need to be made with full supporting photographs of packaging and goods.
