Hello and welcome... We have a fun interactive workshop around Listening to the heart of the matter. This will be a half day workshop filled with great information, chatter and action.
All too often we miss opportunities to be more present in our emotions and connection to others. We want our point of view heard, or we listen to our mind first, over our bodies and innate wisdom of our souls, our life could be so much more if we stopped, dropped into the heart and heard from here more. Hearing ourselves and hearing others.
This will also give us some tips on how not to take on other peoples stuff.
This workshop is designed to create opportunity to explore this more with some fun, interaction and play. Some structural constellation work may be included in the day.
$45 for half a day is well worth the investment.
